Owner Randy Smith brought his years of retail experience into RS Investigations' professional investigations services. We truly believe in customer service and reject the idea of being a "no service, no fee" company since we invest into each and every case as if it is our own. Owner, Randy Smith served as a National Investigator and District Loss Prevention Manager and further served on the Secret Service task force and FBI surveillance team. In 1999, Randy received the Security Officer of the Year Award from the American Society of Industrial Security (Baltimore Chapter) and brings his leadership skills to RS Investigations.
